WASHINGTON – On Tuesday, U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) engaged in a fiery exchange with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Director Shalanda Delores Young during a hearing on The President’s Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Proposal.
