Rep. Barbara Dittrich, a Republican representing Wisconsin’s 99th House district, shared several posts on March 31, 2026, addressing issues ranging from farm workers’ recognition to state legislation concerning antisemitism and recent gubernatorial vetoes.
In a morning post, Dittrich marked National Farm Workers Day by stating: “Happy National Farm Workers Day! It is SO important that we celebrate those hard-working individuals who keep food on our tables!” (March 31, 2026).
Later in the day, she commented on new legislation addressing antisemitism: “Antisemitism has no place in our state or nation! I was honored to be a co-sponsor of this legislation and relieved that the Governor stood against many in his own party by signing this important bill into law.” (March 31, 2026).
In her final post of the day, Dittrich criticized recent decisions made by Wisconsin’s governor regarding education and sports policies. She wrote: “While I’ve worked tirelessly on mental health and public safety issues in Wisconsin, the Governor decided to make it worse today by vetoing multiple bills protecting women and girls sports, and notifying parents if their child wishes to change their name in school. Additionally,” (March 31, 2026).
Barbara Dittrich was elected to the Wisconsin State House in 2025 after replacing former representative Cindi Duchow. As a member of the Republican Party, she represents the state’s 99th House district.
