Rep. Barbara Dittrich, a Republican representing Wisconsin’s 99th House district, shared updates on her recent community engagements and legislative activities through several posts on her social media account.

On March 8, 2026, Dittrich commented on the turnout at a local church event, writing: “Wow! What a turnout at St. John’s Lutheran Church – Ashippun annual Swiss Steak meal today! The amazing food and great conversations with constituents were an incredible blessing.”

Two days later, on March 10, she described her participation in welcoming an Irish delegation: “It’s been a whirlwind start to the week as I have spent the last day-and-a-half as a member of the @AmericanIrishSL welcoming Irish Deputy Michael Murphy, Chairman of the Transportation Committee to visit and tour. On March 11, Dittrich highlighted her involvement with local students visiting the state capitol: “What an honor it was to start out my work day welcoming a group of 130 students and adults who are here for Youth Apprenticeship Day at the Capitol! It was fun hearing the chuckle in the room when I described the program as a ‘try it before you buy it’ for careers. And I always”

Dittrich was elected to the Wisconsin State House in 2025 after replacing former representative Cindi Duchow.
