Rep. Barbara Dittrich, a Republican representing Wisconsin’s 99th House district, has recently posted a series of updates on her social media account, ranging from hunting season reminders to commentary on local sports and information about flood insurance coverage.
On August 13, 2025, Dittrich addressed the state’s hunting community in a tweet: ” HEADS UP, DEER HUNTERS! It may seem early, but now is the time to grab your bonus permits.”
Later that same day, she celebrated a local sports achievement with another post: ‘”GET UP! GET UP! GET OUTTA HERE!!!” 12TH STRAIGHT VICTORY! WTG, @Brewers! Get ready @George_Webb! #freeburgers #ThisIsMyCrew’ The message referenced the Milwaukee Brewers’ ongoing winning streak and mentioned George Webb Restaurants.
On August 14, 2025, Dittrich turned her attention to recent flooding in Wisconsin. She informed constituents about insurance coverage limitations: “Flood insurance is a separate insurance policy from your average homeowners policy. That is why most of this recent flooding will not be covered by your homeowners insurance. That is also why @RepFitzgerald & @GovEvers have reached out to FEMA for federal aid. Until things”
Dittrich was elected to the Wisconsin State House in 2025 and succeeded Cindi Duchow as representative for the state’s 99th House district.
