On March 16, Dittrich warned about severe weather conditions affecting travel across the country. She wrote, “Over 1,800 flights have been canceled nationwide because of this weather system. Please stay off the roads if you can because no one will come to tow you in these conditions if you’re stuck. Later that day, she posted about attending a military commissioning ceremony at the Wisconsin State Capitol. On March 16, she stated, “What an incredible honor it was to attend the commissioning of @oconschools & @UWMadison graduate @USMC 2nd Lt Nathaniel Sitzberger on Friday at our State Capitol.
