Cousins Subs announced on March 30 the launch of its “Protein Power Plays” lineup, featuring four new 5-inch submarine sandwiches aimed at providing higher protein and fewer carbohydrates for customers seeking healthier meal options.

The new menu items are designed to meet the needs of guests looking for satisfying and flavorful choices that support active lifestyles. The lineup includes the Power Club with 33 grams of protein, Power Ham with 26 grams, Power Tuna with 23 grams, and Power Turkey with 24 grams. Each sub is served on freshly baked Italian bread and is available for $7.99.
