Cousins Subs has announced two new limited-time menu items, the Fried Bologna Sub and Cupcake Shake, available in Wisconsin and Indiana locations. The items can be purchased in-store, online, or via the Cousins Subs app through July 27.

The Fried Bologna Sub is making a comeback following its debut at Summerfest in 2024. This sandwich features fried Usinger’s bologna, bacon, American cheese, onions, pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard on Cousins Subs’ signature Italian bread.

Cousins Subs is also introducing the Cupcake Shake, which combines creamy vanilla gelato with a cupcake flavor, topped with colorful sprinkles.

Justin McCoy, vice president of marketing at Cousins Subs, stated, “The Fried Bologna Sub brings back the classic, nostalgic flavors so many of us grew up with.” He added, “Guests loved it at Summerfest, and we’re excited to offer it in all our stores this summer. Paired with the Cupcake Shake, it’s a fun, feel-good combo that hits all the right notes.”

For more details or to place an order, visit the Cousins Subs website.

Cousins Subs operates nearly 100 sub sandwich shops, focusing on quality deli-fresh ingredients and made-to-order grilled subs on its signature bread. The company is family-owned, based in Wisconsin, and was established in 1972 by Bill Specht and his cousin. More information can be found on their site or social media platforms.
