Cousins Subs is set to open a new location in Madison, Wisconsin, on June 9. The restaurant will be situated at 1 N. Park St., marking the brand’s return to downtown Madison and its proximity to the University of Wisconsin–Madison campus.
The new establishment will accommodate 36 guests and feature the ‘Milwaukee Sub Shop’ décor with natural wood, stone, and metal accents. Large windows will provide natural light, contributing to a welcoming environment. Digital menu boards are also included to enhance customer experience.
Joe Ferguson, executive vice president at Cousins Subs, expressed enthusiasm about the opening: “We’re thrilled to be back near campus and part of the downtown Madison energy. This location allows us to serve students, faculty and the entire Madison community with the same deli fresh subs and Midwest hospitality our brand is known for.”
The restaurant will offer a full menu of deli fresh and grilled-to-order subs available for dine-in, pick-up, and delivery. Catering orders can be placed online or by phone. Members of Cousins Club can earn points for purchases made both online and in-store.
Operating hours at the Park & Regent location will vary seasonally. From June through August, it will open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., extending until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. From September through May, hours shift slightly with extended service from Thursday through Saturday until midnight. Adjustments may occur during major events or game days.
