On Thursday, April 3, former Pius XI Catholic High School standouts Eli DiCarlo and Gabriel Zielinski’s current college team, the Ripon Red Hawks, lost 10-7 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Carthage Firebirds.

The game took place at Augie Schmidt Field. This was their first matchup against the Firebirds this season.

The Red Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 12 p.m. at Francis Field against Cornell Rams.
