The Milwaukee women’s soccer team announced its 2026 schedule on June 3, highlighting a non-conference slate that includes road matchups against four teams that competed in the 2025 NCAA Tournament and in-state games against Wisconsin and Marquette.
Fifth-year head coach Kevin Boyd released the full schedule, which opens with a road exhibition at Loyola Chicago on August 5. The regular season begins at Iowa on August 12, followed by Northern Iowa on August 16. The Panthers will then face Tennessee on August 20 and Georgia on August 23, both of whom participated in last year’s NCAA Tournament. A city rivalry game at Marquette is set for August 27 before Milwaukee’s home opener against Wisconsin at Engelmann Stadium on September 3.
Reflecting on the previous season, Boyd led the Panthers to a record of 13-5-3 overall and an undefeated Horizon League run (8-0-2), securing the program’s fifth consecutive conference title. The team finished in the Top Ten nationally in several statistical categories, including fourth in assists per game (3.10) and ninth in scoring offense (2.57). Individual honors included Mallory McGuire as Horizon League Player of the Year and Offensive Player of the Year, Bella Hollenbach as Goalkeeper of the Year, Ellie Rebmann as Defensive Player of the Year, along with multiple all-league selections. Boyd also earned his first Horizon League Coach of the Year award.
The remainder of non-conference play features home games against Valparaiso (September 6) and Eastern Michigan (September 10). Conference play starts with an away match at IU Indy on September 19 before returning home to host Oakland (September 24) and Detroit Mercy (September 27). October brings additional league contests both home and away, culminating with a final regular-season game hosting Green Bay on October 31 ahead of postseason play.
