On Sunday, March 2, former Marquette University High School standout Joey Pettit’s current college team, the Aurora Spartans, lost 4-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Dubuque Spartans.
The game took place at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Spartans this season.
The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Monday, March 3 at 12:30 p.m. at Chain of Lakes Field against St. John Fisher Cardinals.
