On Sunday, April 27, former Pius XI Catholic High School standouts Eli DiCarlo and Gabriel Zielinski’s current college team, the Ripon Red Hawks, lost 7-4 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Grinnell Pioneers.

The game took place at Pioneer Park. This was their third matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Red Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 30 at 1 p.m. at Francis Field against Lawrence Vikings.
