On October 17, Dittrich informed constituents about upcoming holiday festivities, writing, “Halloween is just around the corner! Here are dates, times, and locations trick or treating in the 99th! https://t.co/FcCVEzDMni”.
Two days later, Dittrich addressed a matter of local discourse, condemning the tone of an unspecified individual’s comments. In her October 19 post, she stated, “This level of vile, hateful rhetoric is NOT okay. I’m disgusted that this lady is gleefully wishing death upon someone (and we all know who she means) in my otherwise beautiful community.
