Rep. Barbara Dittrich, who was elected to represent Wisconsin’s 99th House district in 2025, recently shared updates on legislative activities and local events through a series of posts on her official social media account.

On October 9, 2025, Dittrich celebrated the advancement of a local company in a statewide competition, writing: “WAHOO! The 99th Assembly District’s @TNTRESCUE has made it into the next level, the Final 8, of the Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin Contest! Start voting NOW through October 14th at https://t.co/N2GxRX36RR and help them made the Top 4! #madeinwisconsin #madeinwi #contest https://t.co/avQY81aJRt”.

Later that day, Dittrich referenced her recent legislative work, stating: “Yesterday, I was honored to testify in the Senate Committee on Mental Health, Substance Abuse Prevention, Children and Families on my bill with @SenJesseJames, SB 485, which would allow for video monitoring or recording in residential care centers for children and youth, group https://t.co/arAmL8X57X”. The bill mentioned is aimed at permitting video monitoring or recording in residential care centers for children and youth.
