Sen. Patrick Testin, a Republican representing Wisconsin’s 24th Senate district since 2017, has recently posted a series of updates on his Twitter account addressing cybersecurity in education, public safety initiatives, and concerns about state government transparency.

On May 18, Testin highlighted a significant data breach affecting educational institutions worldwide: “Earlier this month, the Canvas Learning Management System suffered a major cybersecurity breach affecting nearly 9,000 schools across the globe. On May 20, he raised questions regarding actions taken by Governor Tony Evers: “Why is Gov. Testin succeeded Howard Marklein as senator for Wisconsin’s 24th district after being elected in 2017.
