On May 12, 2026, Testin announced that the Joint Committee on Finance had approved a bipartisan bill regarding the state’s budget surplus. On May 14, 2026, Testin addressed opioid overdose deaths in Wisconsin and highlighted legislative efforts to address this crisis.
