How many questions have you asked today? Whether working with colleagues, directly with customers, or developing new relationships, we often feel responsible for having all the answers. However, our ability to create meaningful connections and discover new opportunities doesn’t come from the answers we have, it comes from the questions we ask – and how we ask them. How would your approach to relationships change if you valued questions more than answers? What new thinking, new services, or new products could you uncover?
We will share our favorite questions for making new connections, setting expectations, moving projects forward, and many more situations common to both work and life. Participants will capture questions they can begin using immediately and strategies for the most effective ways to ask.
