City of Oak Creek recently issued the following announcement.
The news that many of you have been waiting for . . . The Splash Pad opens for the season on Saturday!
The splash pad can be found on the west side of the town square, north of the Civic Center building. The water may be activated from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. daily (unless otherwise stated for maintenance or special events) through Labor Day.
Three silver buttons on the pad will activate a four-minute water cycle, with different features turning on and off within that cycle. While the water is active, two additional red buttons provide an opportunity for interaction, changing the water from a geyser to a flower spray!
We ask that you practice good hygiene before and after using the splash pad for the health and safety of all. Please do not use the splash pad if you feel sick or have a fever. And do your best to leave six feet of space between you and those not part of your family. Thanks for doing your part to keep our community healthy this summer!
Public restroom facilities are available at 332 W. Town Square Way, near the splash pad, for your convenience.
