CITY OF WAUWATOSA: Tosa Village Classic - Road Closures

City of Wauwatosa issued the following announcement on June 7.

The Cafe Hollander Tosa Village Classic presented by Frank & Larry bike race will take place in the Village on Sunday, June 27 with races from 11 am - 8:30 pm. In order to set up and take down the event, the streets depicted in red in the map below, along with streets inside the racecourse, will be closed from 8 am - 10 pm. All road closures are also depicted in the list below. This means that access to the Village will be limited and mainly foot traffic. Please be advised that due to the significant uptake in visitors, parking will be limited with the street closures. Residents, businesses, and visitors are encouraged to park on streets outside of the race course, in Hart Park, Hart Park lane, and in parking lots on the south side of the railroad tracks.

"No parking" signs will be posted on the race course in the late evening of June 26, to ensure no parking on June 27. Any vehicles parked on the race course will get towed. Please plan accordingly.

This race in the Wauwatosa Village is just one of 11 races of the Tour of America’s Dairyland (ToAD) presented by Kwik Trip, now in its 12th season as the largest competitive road cycling series in the USA. Riders of all ages from around the globe, compete as amateurs and professionals for cash prizes, coveted jerseys and trophies and the electric atmosphere provided by the fans in each of our host communities! This race was previously hosted by East Tosa on North Ave, but has found a new home in the Tosa Village. The kids race will remain a part of this great community event.
