Aurora Sinai Medical Center issued the following announcement.
ABMC Student Athlete Sports Physicals
Each participant will go through various stations and receive the following:
A full health screening by a physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner
An examination to evaluate vision
ACL injury screening - We use video analysis software to identify athletes who may be at a higher risk for ACL injuries and offer options on how to focus on their imbalances
Basic nutritional assessment
This physical meets school and WIAA requirements.July 19th and July 21st physicals may not meet the requirement for college athletes who may require a MD/DO signature.
Students should dress in shorts and gym shoes, and bring their sports card. A parent or guardian must accompany the athlete, or sign a parental consent form.
Dates: July 13 & 15 and July 19 & 21
Appointments: 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Location: Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine • 1160 Kepler Drive, Green Bay, WI
Cost: $25 All fees collected will be donated back to your school/organization.
