The property at 1521 W. Kilbourn Ave., Milwaukee was sold on March 21 by City of Milwaukee for $2,297,000. The buyer was Brook Investments Global.

So far in March 2018, 29 properties sold in Milwaukee.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, there were five registered voters residing at 1521 W. Kilbourn Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Clare D. Carroll, Cullen Patrick Tomsheck, Matthew Imburgia, Ian P. Morrissey, and Keenan R Stokes.
