On Feb. 16, James Edward Stokes purchased a property at 3337 N. 11th St., Milwaukee from City of Milwaukee for $250,000.

So far in February 2018, 34 properties sold in Milwaukee.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Robert R. Heitman, 84, was the only registered voter residing at 3337 N. 11th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
