On Feb. 5, Waidean Nathaniel sold their property at 2835 N. 36th St., Milwaukee to City of Milwaukee for $509,100.

So far in February 2018, 34 properties sold in Milwaukee.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, there were two registered voters residing at 2835 N. 36th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Terry L. Marble, 57, and Andre T. Avant, 73.
