On Feb. 6, Jimmy Boyd sold their property at 3018 N. 12th St., Milwaukee to City of Milwaukee for $446,900.

So far in February 2018, 34 properties sold in Milwaukee.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Symone K. Evans, 42, was the only registered voter residing at 3018 N. 12th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
