On Dec. 3, Ezekiel Community Development Corp. sold their property at 4078 N. 18th St., Milwaukee to Denise Xayaroun for $82,000.

So far in December 2018, 63 properties sold in Milwaukee.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Denise Xayaroun has been registered to vote since 2019.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
