On Nov. 5, Riverbee LLC, a Wisconsin LLC purchased a property at 500 E Center St., Milwaukee from City of Milwaukee in Trust for the Milwaukee Board of School Directors for $150,000.

So far in November 2018, 56 properties sold in Milwaukee.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, there were three registered voters residing at 500 E Center St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joseph William Harwood, Tammy J. Thomas, 59, and Sandra M. Krynik, 77.
