This property last sold on Nov. 2, 2016 for $33,000.

So far in August 2018, 76 properties sold in Milwaukee.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Stephen E. Jackson, 83, was the only registered voter residing at 3218 N. Ninth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
