On July 17, Ramon Perez purchased a property at 1317 S. Fifth St., Milwaukee from Ministerios Almas, a Wisconsin Non-Stock Corp. Inc. for $15,000.

So far in July 2018, 60 properties sold in Milwaukee.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Judith L. Wilson, 74, was the only registered voter residing at 1317 S. Fifth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
