On Feb. 9, Dalevin Howard, Trustee of the Holy Savior Ministries Trust, Under Contract and Declaration of Private Trust Dated 7/9/2021 purchased a property at 2403 N. 44th St., Milwaukee from Bonnita Ramos for $54,000.

This property last sold for $54,500 on Jan. 16, 2020.

So far in February 2022, 335 properties sold in Milwaukee.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Alberttina Latrice Dorn, 82, was the only registered voter residing at 2403 N. 44th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
