"There were more than 6,500 racial terror lynchings in America between 1865 and 1950. Lynching is still not a federal hate crime.
Its time to change that by passing @RepBobbyRushs Emmett Till #AntilynchingAct, which Ill proudly be voting for on the House Floor today."
