Long before gay romantic comedies (see: LOVE, SIMON, HEARTSTOPPER, the upcoming BROS) were championed in the mainstream, Jamie Babbit's BUT I'M A CHEERLEADER blazed a hilarious trail. Stunned when her conservative parents decide she's gay, Megan (Natasha Lyonne) is sent to True Directions, a boot camp built to choreograph her way to a straight life. Her instant attraction to fellow camper, and rebellious teen lesbian, Graham (Clea DuVall) might just tumble those plans.
