Will Glisky has joined the Milwaukee men's basketball program's staff ahead of the 2024-25 season. His responsibilities will encompass video operations, scouting and analytics, as well as digital recruiting.

Before his appointment at Milwaukee, Glisky served as an assistant coach at Minnesota State University Moorhead for two seasons under head coach Tim Bergstraser. During his tenure, the Dragons achieved a notable 50-13 record, securing a conference tournament championship in the 2023-24 season and making consecutive NCAA Division II National Tournament appearances. The team also earned its first No. 1 ranking in the National Association of Basketball Coaches D-II Polls during that season and started with a 15-game winning streak. Glisky was instrumental in developing all-conference guards Jacob Beeninga and JaMir Price, with Price earning Newcomer of the Year honors in 2023-24.

Glisky's previous experience includes a stint as an assistant coach for Presentation College's men's basketball team during the 2021-22 season. He also worked as a student manager for South Dakota State University's men's basketball team for three years, one year under TJ Otzelberger and two years under current head coach Eric Henderson. During this period, SDSU posted a strong 62-26 record.

Glisky holds a bachelor's degree in economics with an emphasis on business and marketing from South Dakota State University. He completed his Master's Degree in Sports Administration from the same institution in May of 2022.
