After a successful 2024 season for the Milwaukee women's cross country team, two of its athletes have been recognized with Horizon League All-Academic honors. Cailin Kinas has been named to the All-Academic Team, while Anelise Egge received an honorable mention.

This is the second time Kinas has earned this recognition, her previous selection was in 2022. She also secured a place on the All-Horizon League Second-Team with an 11th-place finish at the Horizon League Championships on November 2. Throughout her academic career, Kinas has maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA and has been included in the league's academic honor roll four times.

Egge earned her honorable mention following a strong season where she became the Horizon League Individual Champion. She has made it to the league's academic honor roll twice and holds a GPA of 3.25 during her time at Milwaukee.

Eligibility for consideration requires a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher, completion of at least one year at the member institution, earning of 24 semester-hour or 36 quarter-hour credits, and participation in at least half of the team's overall contests. 2024 Valeo #HLXC Women's All-Academic Team includes athletes from various institutions such as Cleveland State, Green Bay, Oakland, Purdue Fort Wayne along with Kinas from Milwaukee.
