"This meet went great," said head coach Kyle Clements. "We are in prime racing form. It was a fast three sessions, but we were able to keep swimming well throughout."

In the women's 100 breaststroke, Elena Zippel claimed second place with a time of 1:07.07, and Bella Sponseller finished third at 1:07.26. Larry Rattler represented the men in the same event and finished fourth with a time of 57.09.

Emery Reszka finished fourth in the men's 200 backstroke with a time of 1:51.28 during Saturday's afternoon session.

Noelle Bryan recorded a fourth-place finish for Milwaukee in the women's 100 freestyle at 52.57, and Etienne Dolezal led the men's side with a time of 46.29.

Asa Sadowsky achieved a top-five finish for Milwaukee in the men's 200 butterfly at 1:55.35, while Allie Buytendorp completed her race in this event at 2:15.46.

"These athletes give us a glimpse of how we will swim at the Horizon League Championships," added Clements. "If we can compete as well as we did this weekend, we will be in good shape at the Championship Meet."

Milwaukee now turns its focus to preparing for the Horizon League Championships from February 19-22 in Indianapolis at IU Natatorium on IU Indy's campus. The competition begins on February 19 with men's three-meter diving scheduled for broadcast on ESPN+ over all four days.
