Themus Fulks and Jamichael Stillwell, players from the Milwaukee men's basketball team, have been recognized on the 2024-25 Academic All-District Basketball Team. This selection was made by the College Sports Communicators, formerly known as CoSIDA. Both athletes are receiving this honor for the first time in their careers.
Fulks played a pivotal role in leading the Milwaukee offense while significantly improving his scoring abilities. He averaged 14.6 points per game, surpassing his previous career average of 9.3 points per game. His contributions included 188 assists, placing him fourth in single-season totals for the program's history. His average of 5.9 assists per game led the Horizon League and ranked 22nd at the NCAA Division I level. Additionally, he ranked among conference leaders in several categories: 10th in scoring (14.6 ppg), eighth in field-goal percentage (.477), fifth in free-throw percentage (.805), 10th in assist/turnover ratio (1.7), 13th in steals (1.4 spg), and third in minutes played per game (34.1 mpg).
Stillwell concluded the season with a record-breaking performance, achieving a school-record of 16 double-doubles, surpassing the previous mark of nine in a season. He averaged 13 points and 10.9 rebounds per game, ranking seventh nationally for rebounds per game and leading the Horizon League with his performance.
In addition to setting new records for double-doubles, Stillwell broke several other Panther rebound records during the season: highest per-game season average (10.9 rpg), most total rebounds (333), most offensive rebounds (123), most games with ten or more rebounds (19), most consecutive games with ten or more rebounds (5), most rebounds in a single game (19), most offensive rebounds in a single game (11), and most defensive rebounds in a single game (16). He also set new standards for consecutive double-doubles at five games.
