Cost of college went up for all students at Mount Mary University

Tuition and fees rose 4 percent for 2018-19 at Mount Mary University, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Wisconsin students paid $30,100 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $590 more than the $29,510 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 122 students received grants or scholarships totaling $2.9 million and 99 students took out student loans totaling more than $541,227.

Including all undergraduates (1,339), 655 students used grants or scholarships totaling $12.7 million, and 544 students took out $3.9 million in federal student loans.
