On Feb. 28, Mohr Happily Invested LLC, a Wisconsin LLC purchased a property at 2403 N. 44th St., Milwaukee from City of Milwaukee for $8,000.

So far in February 2018, 34 properties sold in Milwaukee.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Alberttina Latrice Dorn, 78, was the only registered voter residing at 2403 N. 44th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
