The reigning NBA champion Milwaukee Bucks are among the league’s hottest teams, having crafted a seven-game winning streak.
The Bucks on Nov. 28 defeated the Indiana Pacers 118-100 for the seventh straight win as of this writing.
According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the team’s “big three” of Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday played a huge role as usual.
Antetokounmpo registered a double-double of 26 points and 13 rebounds while Middleton, the franchise’s newly crowned record holder for three-point shots made all-time, added 14 points, five rebounds and five assists, the publication reported.
“[Seven] wins in a row,” Antetokounmpo, the 2021 NBA Finals MVP, tweeted postgame.
Pat Connaughton came off the bench to score 14 points.
“We're playing together and everybody is contributing,” Holiday, who had 23 points, told ESPN. “It's been fun.”
Holiday, like his team, has been on a tear of his own.
According to ESPN, the guard has averaged nearly 20 points in Milwaukee’s last four wins.
A few young Bucks fans in attendance were lucky enough to interact with Antetokounmpo.
The man colloquially known as “The Greek Freak” tweeted pictures of these fans with paraphernalia signed by the superstar himself.
