FlexRide service linking Milwaukeeans without cars with suburban jobs expanding as demand surges

Transportation has long been cited as a chief barrier for workers without cars who reside in the city to reach jobs available in the suburbs. The FlexRide Milwaukee Program, piloted in 2022, hopes to expand operations with the help of state and federal grants to reach beyond current destinations in Menomonee Falls and Butler.
