Superintendent's Message
As we do every year, I work with the administrators to develop a budget and present it to the School Committee in the early winter. Throughout that time, discussions occur both at the School Committee meetings and at the Finance Committee meetings in both towns. We are well into the process this year and continue to have discussions, especially in Concord.
This coming week is the Concord Finance Committee's Public Budget Hearing on Thursday, March 9 at 7 pm. I will be speaking on both budgets and capital projects. The meeting is held at the Concord Town House and via Zoom. The agenda and Zoom link will be posted here next week.

The preparation all leads to the Town Meetings which this year will be held on April 30 in Concord and May 8 in Carlisle.
