This is beyond a crisis. And it's also a huge national security threat."

During his appearance on "Mornings with Maria," Senator Johnson drew attention to a letter from Senator Chuck Grassley that revealed the FBI sidelined and discredited over 40 confidential human sources who had provided criminal information related to the Biden family. He described the corruption within the FBI as "pervasive" and not limited to the Biden administration. Senator Johnson stated, "This obstruction of justice, this obstruction of these investigations were occurring under the Trump administration, under Attorney General Bill Barr."

Senator Johnson also discussed the appeasement of Iran by both the Biden and Obama administrations. He criticized the funneling of funds into Iran, stating, "You know, the fact of the matter is the Obama administration and now the Biden administration have funneled tens, hundreds of billions of dollars into the largest state sponsor of terror, hoping to appease them. Hoping to buy better behavior from them. All it has done is embolden Iran." He emphasized the need to cut off funding to Iran and recognize them as a malign force in the world.
