On Wednesday, the Horizon League announced the conference schedule for the upcoming 2024-25 women's basketball season, featuring 20 games of a double-round robin format for the Milwaukee Panthers.

Last season, the Panthers finished league competition with a 10-10 record, including a win over Green Bay on the final day of the regular season to clinch the fifth seed and a first-round bye in the Horizon League Championship.

The team's league home opener will come against in-state foe Green Bay on Wednesday, Dec. 11. The league slate will take a quick hiatus to account for finals week and the holiday season before resuming on Sunday, Dec. 29 with a visit to Cleveland State at the Wolstein Center.

Milwaukee rings in the new year with four of its first five league games at home inside the Klotsche Center with a pair against Wright State (Jan. 2) and Northern Kentucky (Jan. 4), before a quick trip to Purdue Fort Wayne on Jan. 9. The team plays at home against Oakland (Jan. 16) and Detroit Mercy (Jan. 18) to round out its stay at home in January.

The Panthers head back out on the road at Northern Kentucky on Jan. 23 followed by a road game at Wright State on Jan. 25. The trip continues with a visit to IU Indianapolis (formerly IUPUI) on Jan. 29.

As February begins, Milwaukee's home stretch will feature three competitions against Cleveland State (Feb. 1), Robert Morris (Feb. 6), and Youngstown State (Feb. 8).

Milwaukee will visit Detroit Mercy on Feb. 13 followed by Oakland on Feb. 15 before returning home against IU Indianapolis for a midweek matchup on Feb.19 and then heading quickly to Green Bay on Feb.22.

The regular season will close on Thursday, Feb.27 against Purdue Fort Wayne at the Klotsche Center while other teams in the league play their final games two days later ahead of postseason play.
