Milwaukee Athletics and men's basketball head coach Bart Lundy have announced the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) Alumni Season Ticket Challenge. This initiative is part of an ongoing effort by Milwaukee Athletics to strengthen connections with nearly 150,000 alumni residing in Wisconsin.

"Our alumni make a huge impact on our program and the lives of our student-athletes each year," Lundy said. "From cheering us on at games, to donating to the annual fund, to providing career and networking opportunities, our program wouldn't be where it is today without a strong alumni foundation."

Milwaukee Athletics is encouraging UWM alumni in the area to purchase season tickets, opening new avenues for engagement with their alma mater. Benefits include a 15% alumni discount, invitations to exclusive team events, priority access to postseason tickets, a personal service representative, and an extensive ticket exchange program. Additionally, UWM alumni season ticket members will be invited to a postgame social during the 2024-2025 season.

"I look back fondly on my decision to return home to Milwaukee and finish my collegiate career with the Panthers," Associate Coach Jose Winston said. "It was a proud moment getting to play in front of the hometown crowd and help take Milwaukee to the NCAA Tournament. It's a joy to help lead the young men in our program who all have big goals in their basketball careers and personal lives."

Alumni interested in purchasing season tickets can call 414-229-5886 and provide their graduation year. Updates on the challenge will be sent out biweekly as the season approaches.
