Catholic Vote announced the launch of a grassroots campaign in seven battleground states, including Wisconsin, that includes 4,500 volunteers activating Catholic voters at the parish level. 

"This election, more than ever, it is important to put our faith at the forefront, and select candidates that are also proudly open about their faith," said Clarice Mish, parishioner at Divine Mercy Parish in Milwaukee. "We need to do everything possible to uphold and defend the first amendment."

"I believe, with the power of prayer, ethical voting in our best interest will occur," Mish said. 

Catholic Vote’s national field director, Joe Cantwell said that the organization has regional field directors in each state who are engaging with parishioners like Cardieri in the “largest Catholic grassroots mobilization campaign in history.”

"CatholicVote is working hard here at our HQ to get half a million postcards shipped out to the battleground states in the elections.” Cantwell told the Milwaukee City Wire. “These postcards will be delivered to the homes of Catholic and Conservative modeled voters, many of whom didn't vote in 2020. Through our efforts here we hope to see every Catholic make their voice heard in this crucial election."

The group has endorsed Donald Trump for President with CatholicVote’s president Brian Burch saying Trump is "someone who knows the truth and is willing to fight for it — not simply someone who will calculate the path of least resistance to accomplish some good on the margins."

The seven battleground states include Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Carolina, and Florida.
