AJ McKee from Charlotte, North Carolina, and John Lovelace Jr. from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, have officially joined the Milwaukee men's basketball team. McKee arrives after a successful tenure at Queens University, where he was a key player for three years. Coach Bart Lundy expressed enthusiasm about McKee's addition, stating, "We are excited to announce the signing of AJ McKee. AJ is a tough defensive-minded player who also has a great offensive game."

During the past winter season, McKee led his team in scoring with an average of 18.8 points per game and contributed 4.0 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.7 steals per game. He achieved recognition as an ASUN Second-Team All-Conference member.

John Lovelace Jr., standing at 6-foot-7 and weighing 205 pounds, returns to his hometown after two seasons at Youngstown State. Lundy remarked on Lovelace's return by saying, "We are also excited to announce the signing of John Lovelace... We are happy that John is now suiting up for the Panthers."

Lovelace played all 32 games for Youngstown State last winter and averaged 6.6 points and 2.8 rebounds per game. Over two seasons there, he participated in 65 games.

Both players bring unique skills to Milwaukee's roster and are expected to contribute significantly in the upcoming season.
