The Milwaukee men's and women's track and field teams are set to compete in two separate events this weekend as part of their ongoing outdoor season. The Panthers will participate in the Bryan Clay Invitational, hosted by Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California, and the Gary Wieneke Memorial at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois.

The Bryan Clay Invitational will take place from April 11-13. It begins on Thursday with the heptathlon 100m hurdles at 9:00 AM and concludes around 11:50 PM. Friday's schedule starts with the men's open 10k at 7:00 AM and ends approximately at 11:40 PM. The final day kicks off with the men's open 5k at 7:30 AM, with events running until late evening.

The Gary Wieneke Memorial is a one-day event on Saturday, April 13. It starts at 11:00 AM with the discus throw and concludes with the 4x400m relay at 4:15 PM.

In their previous outing, the Panthers secured over twenty victories at the Golden Grizzlies Invitational. Notably, Natalie Block set a new Milwaukee record in the 400m hurdles with a time of 59.13 seconds and led a sweep in the 100m hurdles. Dominique Thomas won both an individual title in the 200m dash and contributed to a relay victory in the 4x100m. Her performance earned her recognition as Women's Runner of the Week by the Horizon League.

Looking ahead, Milwaukee will compete next at the Gibson Invitational from April 18-20 in Terre Haute, Indiana, hosted by Indiana State. They will also participate in the Green & White Invite on April 20, hosted by Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee.
