The Milwaukee swimming and diving team is preparing for a significant event this weekend at the IU Indy's House of Champions Invitational. The competition, scheduled from Thursday, November 21 to Saturday, November 23, will conclude the fall schedule for the Panthers.

The invitational will be held at the IU Natatorium on the campus of IU Indy in Indianapolis, Indiana. Each day will commence with preliminaries at 9 a.m. CT, followed by finals starting at 4:30 p.m. The Panthers will compete against several teams including IU Indy, UIC, Missouri State, Quincy, Lewis, Northern Kentucky, St. Louis, Missouri-St. Louis, Lynn, Butler, Marshall, Arkansas-Little Rock, North Texas, and Missouri S&T.

In their last outing on November 2nd against Wheaton (Ill.), Milwaukee's women’s team secured a victory with a score of 157-62. They achieved ten first-place finishes from seven different athletes and won both relays. Natalie DiProspero excelled with wins in the 1000 and 100 freestyles and contributed to a relay victory. Other notable performances came from Grace Hudson in the 200 freestyle and Elena Zippel in the 50 freestyle.

The men's team also triumphed over Wheaton with a final score of 149-68. Eight athletes contributed to ten victories and dominated both relays as well. Konnor Pilger led in the 1000 freestyle while Gunnar Seversen took first in the 200 freestyle.

Looking ahead to next year, Milwaukee will resume competition on January 25 when they host Green Bay.
