Isabel Roloff, Macy Woodward, and Anne Ager from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee have been selected as members of the 2024-25 Lubar 25. This program acknowledges business students who demonstrate academic success, entrepreneurship, volunteering, and campus involvement.
To qualify for the Lubar 25, students must be junior or senior undergraduate business students with a minimum GPA of 3.00 and should not have been previously recognized by the Lubar 25.
Isabel Roloff, from the Milwaukee women's track & field team, demonstrates excellence in both academics and leadership. She is a member of the Lubar Business Scholars Program and is pursuing a double major in Accounting and Finance, along with a certificate in Entrepreneurship. Her involvement in various university activities extends to her leadership in organizing campus-wide service events. Roloff also has internships at CliftonLarsonAllen and KPMG and plans to begin a career in public accounting.
Macy Woodward, another member of the women's track & field team, is double majoring in Finance and Marketing. She has consistently made the Dean's List and is currently working towards an Honors degree. Her role as vice president of finance in the UWM chapter of the American Marketing Association involves creating and managing budgets. Woodward's community service includes volunteering at cross-country meets and Milwaukee River cleanups.
Anne Ager, a member of the MKE Athletic Department's student staff, is majoring in Marketing and Pre-law. After studying abroad at the University of Birmingham in England, she returned with a focus on building a career in international marketing or public relations. Ager is also involved in leadership positions, including as president of UWM's Women in Business, and participates in community service with organizations such as the Milwaukee Justice Center.
Each of these individuals exemplifies dedication to their studies and commitment to improving their community through varied initiatives.
