Rep. Barbara Dittrich, who represents Wisconsin's 99th Assembly District, recently shared a series of posts on her Twitter account highlighting constituent feedback and legislative priorities.

On July 24, 2025, Dittrich expressed gratitude for the support she receives from her district: "Finally, I am COMPLETELY HUMBLED that constituents give me a combined 80% approval rating! I never take for granted what a privilege it is to serve and represent you in Madison. I also love being out in the communities in the district to chat with you face-to-face. Thank you for https://t.co/AhtodpLK9r".

The following day, July 25, she addressed recent developments regarding the state budget process: "Let's get to constituents' priorities addressed in the latest biennial budget. It should come as no surprise that I didn't like everything in the budget, but we worked extremely hard with the governor's staff to get a finished product that divided government could get passed. https://t.co/9Dor6jZg1A".

Later on July 25, Dittrich commented on education funding and judicial decisions impacting local schools: "The third top priority for constituents in the 99th Assembly District (at only 43%) is 'Investing in K-12 Schools.' Given the governor's outrageous 400-year increase per pupil that was upheld by a rogue State Supreme Court, it was important to get any increase to where it was https://t.co/c78E7RYRr6".

Dittrich has served as a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly since January 2019 and has been involved in various legislative efforts concerning education funding and state budgets. The biennial budget process referenced involves collaboration between lawmakers and the governor’s office to allocate funds for state programs over two years—a process often marked by negotiation between political parties.
