Rep. Barbara Dittrich, a Republican elected in 2025 to represent Wisconsin's 99th House district, shared several updates on her official X account on September 18, 2025, highlighting both national milestones and personal legislative initiatives.

In her first post of the day, Dittrich marked the anniversary of the United States Air Force with a message recognizing its founding and continued service. On September 18, 2025, she wrote: "Happy Birthday, USAF! Established on this day in 1947 and flying high, protecting this nation ever since. "

Later that afternoon, Dittrich reflected on her involvement with recovery programs for youth. She recounted receiving recognition from Horizon High School for her support of recovery-focused educational institutions. In her post at 18:14 UTC she stated: "Redemption and hope come in amazing places. I was completely humbled to receive an award last night from Horizon High School for being a 'Friend of Recovery High Schools.' If I can spare a family or youth the sorrow that my family has faced with substance abuse, it redeems that".
